RETURN POLICY

At Dragon Moon our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Handling Guidelines:

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.
  1. Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale).
  2. Return items in unused condition.
  3. Returns will only be credited back to the original tender type (Note: Debit transactions will be returned as cash).
  4. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Dragon Moon appreciates your business and will take all reasonable efforts within the guidelines of this policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

NOTE:

  1. Dragon Moon 'Sale Items' are excluded from this policy. 'All Sales Final'.
  2. For refunds and exchanges, we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our Dragon Moon Policy.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
